InWords Converts Tugboat Documentation to Docbook XML

InWords - the open documentation company has converted Tugboat Software documentation to Docbook XML. Tugboat Software is a provider of innovative team management solutions that dramatically streamline the utilization of human resources and strengthen decision support.

"Tugboat formerly maintained their documentation in RoboHelp. We have ported it to Docbook XML and developed a Docbook custom layer according to their layout and formatting requirements. The result is a near exact match and in some places even improves on the requirement." says Sean Wheller, director for InWords.

Randall Harp is a Product Architect for Tugboat Software. When asked why his company selected InWords to do this project he stated, "We did not have the time to do it ourselves and outsourcing was the obvious solution. We evaluated a number of suppliers. Finally, we chose InWords because they were competatively priced and demonstrated that they were competent in porting the documents and creating the custom layer stylesheet."
